To speed things up, tell us your phone (model and version) and, if it’s a specific problem, add a screenshot. Never send your password.

Before launch

  • No confirmation e‑mail: check your spam folder, then search for “Offrizo”. The sender is [email protected]. Nothing after ten minutes? Sign up again: a new link is sent, and the unconfirmed address is deleted automatically.
  • Changing your trade or canton: write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with; we correct it without touching your number. Don’t withdraw your sign‑up for that: a withdrawal frees your place. Changing your e‑mail address: sign up again with the new one, then withdraw the old one from its e‑mail.
  • My number on the list: it’s written in the e‑mail you receive after confirming. The first 100 confirmed numbers get the founder price; a seat freed up before launch goes to the next person.
  • The beta: if you left your mobile number, you get an SMS when a test version is ready, not before. One SMS only.

Once the app is installed

  • A line item without a price blocks the PDF preview: that’s intended. Tap the « Prix à compléter » (“Price to fill in”) line, enter the price, and the preview unlocks.
  • The invoice won’t send: a valid IBAN or your company’s full address is missing; both are required for a QR‑bill to the SIX standard. Fix it in « Mon identité » › « Pied de page » (“My identity” › “Footer”).
  • No verification code received: check your spam folder, then use « Je ne reçois rien » (“I’m not receiving anything”) in the app to resend the code.
  • Cancelling, changing plan: from the subscriptions of your Apple or Google account, not from the app.
  • New phone: install the app, sign in, confirm the code: your data comes back from your backup.
