Quotes and invoices · French‑speaking Switzerland

Your quote, before you leave the job site.

Your prices, your logo, your terms. A professional quote made on your phone in two minutes, and the Swiss QR‑bill in one tap.

CHF 19 a month instead of 29 for the first 100 confirmed sign‑ups. Nothing to pay today.

The app is coming to the App Store and Google Play; we’ll let you know on launch day — the terms.

The app and its support are in French for now; this page describes the app as it is, in your language.

Offrizo home screen (app in French): amounts to collect and earned this month, All / Quotes / Invoices filters, list of recent documents with their status, « Nouveau devis » (“New quote”) button.

How it works

Three steps, on site, with the client next to you.

The app suggests, you decide. Nothing goes out without your review, line by line.

  1. Photograph and dictate

A few photos of the job site, then what needs doing, in French, in your own words: « deux chambres, murs et plafonds, deux couches » (two bedrooms, walls and ceilings, two coats). You can also type it all.

« Nouveau devis » screen (app in French): three photos added, the dictated text « 2 chambres à peindre, murs et plafonds » (2 bedrooms to paint, walls and ceilings), « Dicter » (Dictate) and « Générer le devis » (Generate the quote) buttons.
  2. Review and correct

Every line comes from your price book: your units, your rates. A line item the book doesn’t know is flagged « Prix à compléter » (“Price to fill in”), never invented.

Review quote screen (app in French): line items with quantities and prices, subtotal, VAT 8.1 % and total 2'953.15 CHF.
  3. Send

WhatsApp, e‑mail or SMS, from your phone, with a message ready to go. The quote moves to « Envoyé » (“Sent”), then « Accepté » (“Accepted”) or « À relancer » (“Follow up”): you keep track of what comes next.

Send quote sheet (app in French): optional client details, message ready to send, Choose app button.

The demo

From the job site to the QR‑bill, in thirty seconds.

No sound, on the app’s real screens.

  1. 0:04Photos of the job site, one dictated sentence
  2. 0:09Your prices, reviewed line by line
  3. 0:13A PDF in your name, three templates
  4. 0:19Sent by WhatsApp or e‑mail, from the car
  5. 0:23Accepted? The QR‑bill in one tap

Your documents

A document your client takes seriously.

Three professional layouts, in your name, with your logo and your colour — set once, carried onto every page. Our name never appears on your quotes.

Quote in the Classic template: plain header, boxed client and contact block, line-item table, grey total band, “Bon pour accord” signature area. Quote in the Modern template: header banner in the company colour, line-item table, total in colour. Quote in the Minimal template: typography only, no frame or banner, total highlighted. Quote DEV-047 from Bernard Électricité Sàrl in the Modern template, navy blue banner: distribution board, lighting points, sockets, OIBT compliance (Swiss low-voltage installations ordinance), total 4'184.55 CHF.

Invoices

The Swiss QR‑bill, in one tap from the accepted quote.

Swiss QR‑bill, SIX standard
Receipt and payment part with your IBAN, at the bottom of the last page. Your client scans it in their banking app, like any QR‑bill.
VAT 8.1 % or “not VAT-registered”
You set it once when you create your account; every document carries the right wording and VAT calculated to the cent.
Deposits, credit notes, revisions
A deposit before you start, a correction after sending, a new revision: nothing is overwritten, everything stays traceable.
Payment reminders
The home screen shows what is still to be collected; you prepare the reminder in a few seconds and you’re the one who sends it.
Payment part of invoice FAC-031, below the perforation: Swiss QR receipt and payment part with the IBAN, the reference, the QR code and the amount of 5'977.55 CHF.
Invoice FAC-031, page 2 — receipt and payment part, 5'977.55 CHF.

Questions

The questions people ask before signing up.

A question that isn’t here? Write to support@offrizo.ch, a person replies in French within two working days.

Do I pay anything now?

No. You leave an address, we reserve you a number. The price is paid at launch, through the App Store or Google Play, after the 3-day trial — and we never see your card.

What if I’m not in the first 100?

You’re told on launch day like everyone else, at the normal price: CHF 29 a month or CHF 290 a year. A founding‑member place freed up before launch goes to the next person on the list, and we write to you if it does.

When?

We don’t give a date until it’s certain. The order: first the beta with the contractors who left their number, then the App Store and Google Play. You get an e‑mail that same day; until then, nothing to do and nothing to pay.

Does the app invent prices?

No, never. Every line comes from your price book. If a line item isn’t in it, it appears marked « Prix à compléter » and you set the price yourself; the app then offers to add it to your book for next time. A quote with a missing price cannot be sent.

Where do my photos and my dictation go?

To our server in Zurich, then, for as long as it takes to produce the draft, to the AI model provider, Anthropic, in the United States. Nothing is kept there and nothing is used to train it. If you draft by hand, nothing is sent (privacy policy).

Do my clients see the Offrizo name?

Never. Your quotes and invoices carry your name, your logo, your contact details and your terms. Only documents produced without an active subscription — before starting the trial, or after letting it expire — carry a « Démo » watermark and cannot be sent.

How long until my first quote?

As long as it takes to set up your account: your name, your logo if you have one, your IBAN, your trade. Your trade’s price book is already filled in. The first quote happens on the next job site.

I’m not a painter. Is this for me?

Yes if you’re an electrician, a plumbing and heating installer, a gardener-landscaper or an IT and services provider: each has its starter price book, its units (points, hours, m³, days, flat rates) and its vocabulary. Other trades will come; tell us yours.

Do I need signal on the job site?

No to draft, review and produce the PDF. Yes when sending, as for any message — and if there’s no signal, the quote goes out as soon as there is.

What about my accountant, bexio, accounting export?

Not in this first version. You keep every document as a PDF and your clients as a CSV file; accounting export will come if contractors ask for it. We’d rather tell you upfront.

What about my old Word or Excel quotes?

You keep them where they are. Offrizo starts with your next quote; your price book builds up over a few documents. There is no file import in this first version.

How do I cancel?

From the subscriptions of your Apple or Google account, in two taps, without writing to us. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and your documents stay readable and exportable on your phone.

And in English or German?

Not yet. Offrizo is built for French‑speaking Switzerland first — price books, trade words, documents and support in French. German is the next step; we don’t give a date until it’s certain. Signing up today means a French app.

Who is behind Offrizo?

A company in Pully, GAFAITI Technology Services, which develops the app in French‑speaking Switzerland and answers support itself. No foreign funding, no data resale: the subscription is our only income, and that is what obliges us to save you time every month.

On which phones?

iPhone and Android, in French. The app is made for one hand, in the sun, with gloves on: big buttons, readable text, one action per screen. No desktop version: the quote is made where the job site is.

Reserve your founding‑member place before launch.

Leave your address and confirm it from the e‑mail: your number is assigned at that click, in order of arrival. The first 100 confirmed sign‑ups pay CHF 19 a month instead of 29, as long as the monthly subscription stays active without interruption.

Three e‑mails: the confirmation, your number, launch day — and one SMS if you leave your mobile for the beta. No newsletter. What we keep, and for how long.

The app is in French — screens, documents, support. If you can work with that, the founding‑member place is yours like anyone’s. If not: sign up anyway, we’ll write to you on launch day and you decide then.
