For more than ten years, I’ve been designing software that prepares sales quotes for industry: you start from the client’s data, and a clean, fully priced quote comes out, ready to review.
For a contractor, the quote is often done in the evening, in Word or Excel, from notes and phone photos: it waits for the end of the day, and it takes the evening.
Offrizo is that know-how at your scale: you take photos, you dictate, the app suggests the quote with your prices, and you review every line before it goes out.

My name is Yassine. I live in Pully and I’ve been making software for more than fourteen years.
Offrizo is a sole proprietorship registered in the Vaud commercial register. No advertising, no data resale: the subscription is our only income. When you write to support, I’m the one who replies.

Every line comes from your price book; an unknown line item stays « Prix à compléter » (“Price to fill in”) until you set it.

Offrizo prepares, you decide: no quote, no invoice, no reminder is ever sent on its own.

Your logo, your contact details, your terms. Never the Offrizo name.

Your account and backups in Zurich.
Under Swiss data protection law. To suggest a quote from your photos, they go through our AI provider, which doesn’t use them to train its models (details).

Cancel from your Apple or Google account, without writing to us. Your documents stay readable and exportable.
