The app

From job site to payment, on your phone.

Offrizo brings together the quote, sending, tracking and the QR‑bill. No accounting software to learn, no computer to switch on in the evening.

The app and its support are in French for now; this page describes the app as it is, in your language.

Review quote screen (app in French): line items with quantities and prices, subtotal, VAT 8.1 % and total 2'953.15 CHF.

What the app does

Every feature, and what it saves you.

  • Photos and dictation

You show the job site and say what needs doing; the app suggests the lines with your prices. You start by reviewing, not typing.

  • Your price book

Every line comes from your rates. An unknown line item shows up as « Prix à compléter » (“Price to fill in”), and the app offers to add it to your book. Your price, always.

  • Line-by-line review

Quantities, prices, discounts, VAT: you can change everything before sending. Nothing goes out without you.

  • Three layouts, in your name

Classic, Modern or Minimal, with your logo, your colour and your terms. Your client sees your business, not ours.

  • Send by WhatsApp or e‑mail

The PDF goes out from the job site, with a ready-written message you can edit. The quote arrives while the client is still thinking about it.

  • Statuses and reminders

Sent, accepted, declined, paid: you see where each document stands, and the app reminds you who to follow up with. No more quotes forgotten in a drawer.

  • QR‑bill from the accepted quote

The lines are carried over, and the QR payment part is added with your IBAN. Deposits and credit notes included. No retyping.

  • No signal

Quotes by hand, review and PDF work offline. The quote suggested from your photos waits until you have signal again. Nothing gets lost in the basement.

  • Your data, yours

Account and backups in Zurich. Your clients export to a file that opens in Excel (CSV), each document as a PDF. You leave whenever you want, with everything.

Your documents

A document your client takes seriously.

Three layouts in your name, with your logo and your colour, set once for all your documents. Our name never appears on your quotes or your invoices.

Quote in the Classic template: plain header, boxed client and contact block, line-item table, grey total band, “Bon pour accord” signature area. Quote in the Modern template: header banner in the company colour, line-item table, total in colour. Quote in the Minimal template: typography only, no frame or banner, total highlighted. Quote DEV-047 from Bernard Électricité Sàrl in the Modern template, navy blue banner: distribution board, lighting points, sockets, OIBT compliance (Swiss low-voltage installations ordinance), total 4'184.55 CHF.

Invoices

Quote accepted, QR‑bill in one tap.

Swiss QR‑bill, SIX standard
Receipt and payment part with your IBAN, at the bottom of the last page. Your client scans it in their banking app, like any QR‑bill.
VAT 8.1 % or “not VAT-registered”
You set it once when you create your account; every document carries the right wording and VAT calculated to the cent.
Deposits, credit notes, revisions
A deposit before you start, a correction after sending, a new revision: nothing is overwritten, everything stays traceable.
Payment reminders
The home screen shows what’s still outstanding. The app flags any quote or invoice that needs a follow-up, with a message ready to go: you’re the one who sends it.
Payment part of invoice FAC-031, below the perforation: Swiss QR receipt and payment part with the IBAN, the reference, the QR code and the amount of 5'977.55 CHF.
Invoice FAC-031, page 2 — receipt and payment part, CHF 5'977.55.

Questions

The questions people ask before signing up.

A question that isn’t here? Write to support@offrizo.ch, a person replies in French as soon as possible.

Do I pay anything now?

No. You leave your address, you get a number. Once the app is out, the 14-day trial needs no card; you only pay if you subscribe afterwards, through the App Store or Google Play — we never see your card.

CHF 29 a month, for quotes I already do in Word?

Put it to the test on your next job, then compare it with your evening in Word. Before the trial, you draft and review your real quotes with no card and no time limit; the 14-day trial starts with your first document sent or exported. Then you decide.

What if I’m not in the first 100?

We’ll let you know on launch day, and the normal price applies: CHF 29 a month or CHF 290 a year. If a founding-member place frees up before then, it goes to the next confirmed sign‑up, and we’ll tell you if it’s yours.

What makes me lose the founder price?

An interruption of your subscription: the founder price stops with it. As long as it renews, you stay at CHF 19 a month — or CHF 190 a year if you switch to annual. Before launch, withdrawing your sign‑up also frees your place.

When?

We don’t give a date until it’s certain. First the beta, with the contractors who left their mobile number; then the App Store and Google Play. You get an e‑mail on launch day.

Does the app invent prices?

No, never: every line comes from your price book. A line item that isn’t in it shows up as « Prix à compléter » (“Price to fill in”): you set the price, and the app offers to add it to your book. A quote with a missing price cannot be sent.

I don’t like pricing in front of the client.

You don’t have to. The photos and the dictation happen on site; the draft waits for you in the app. You review it later, in peace, and send it when you want.

Where do my photos and my dictation go?

To our server in Zurich, then, for as long as it takes to prepare the draft, to Anthropic in the United States, which provides the AI model and does not use them to train its models. If you make the quote by hand, nothing goes to Anthropic (privacy policy).

Do my clients see the Offrizo name?

Never. Your quotes and invoices carry your name, your logo, your contact details and your terms. Only documents produced with no trial or subscription running — before the trial, or after it without subscribing — carry a « Démo » (“Demo”) watermark and cannot be sent.

What do I need to set up before my first quote?

Your account, then three steps: your trade, your price book (already filled in for that trade) and your business — name, logo if you have one, VAT. Only the trade is required; the IBAN can wait until your first invoice.

I’m not a painter. Is this for me?

Yes if you’re an electrician, a plumbing and heating installer, a gardener-landscaper or an IT and services provider: each has its starter price book, its units and its vocabulary. Other trades aren’t part of this first version; tell us yours.

Do I need signal on the job site?

Not to draft by hand, review and produce the PDF. Yes for the quote suggested from your photos and dictation: they’re kept until you have signal again. And yes to send, as with any message.

What about my accountant, bexio, accounting export?

Not in this first version. You keep every document as a PDF and your clients in a file that opens in Excel (CSV); accounting export will come if contractors ask for it.

What about my old Word or Excel quotes?

You keep them where they are: Offrizo starts with your next quote, and your price book fills out quote by quote. There’s no file import in this first version.

How do I cancel?

From the subscriptions of your Apple or Google account, without writing to us. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and your documents stay readable and exportable on your phone.

And in English or German?

Not yet. Offrizo is built for French‑speaking Switzerland first — price books, trade words, documents and support in French. German is the next step; we don’t give a date until it’s certain. Signing up today means a French app.

Who is behind Offrizo?

A sole proprietorship in Pully (VD), registered in the Vaud commercial register — not a group. The app is developed here, and a person answers your support requests. The subscription is our only income: no data resale, and a good reason to save you time every month.

On which phones?

iPhone and Android, in French. The app is made for one-handed use, in bright sunlight: big buttons, readable text, one action per screen. No desktop version: the quote is made where the job site is.

Try it on your next job.

At launch: a 14-day trial, no card. Leave your address today; we’ll let you know on launch day.
